Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Miami, FL.

Key Tasks:
* Support for the main integration service between all other project applications, internal booking engines, and external travel partners
* Facilitation of internal planning workshops
* May have occasional travel for workshops and discovery sessions quarterly

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as a product owner with writing, managing, and accepting epics & user stories in an Agile environment
* Experience with User Acceptance Testing and QA responsibilities, including end-to-end testing
* Experience managing integrations, both internal and external facing - general API knowledge (gRPC, Kafka)
* Experience with mapping both business process, user workflows and technical design workflows
* Technical background - main application stakeholders are other product owners and developers
* Ability to understand a business problem or ask and translate it into implementation requirements
* Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting needs and communicate with stakeholders and leadership
* Ability to lead a collaborative development team and provide direction
* Able to facilitate business & leadership-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and product demos with little direction
* Able to support east-coast business hours (9am-6pm)
* Applicant must have excellent English skills
* Prefer experience with deploying greenfield applications into production
* Preferred tool experience: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, TestRail
* Preferred knowledge of Decision Model and Notation tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
