Position: Experienced Nanny – Full-Time, Weekdays
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $18–$20 per hour
- Overtime wage: $27–$30 per hour
We are hiring experienced, engaging, and reliable nannies to provide exceptional care for infants and toddlers in family homes. Most assignments are Monday through Friday during standard business hours (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.). Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, attentive care for young children in a home setting
- Create engaging activities, including reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and maintain consistent feedback
- Follow individualized care instructions and household guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with infants (daily care, not occasional)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work 5 days per week in 6–9 hour shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to provide three references: two related to childcare (paid or unpaid), and one character reference
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds safely
- Must be comfortable with frequent physical activity, including getting on the floor, bending, and lifting
- Able to respond to situations quickly and calmly
- Willing to work in active, kid-focused environments, both indoors and outdoors
