What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator position at KidsChoice Therapy and Play Center?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator who has a passion for helping kids, as well as, their families and will show a true investment in supporting the childhood population.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment with all partners.
- Communicating effectively with caregivers, team members, and other professionals.
- Entering in SOAP notes for providers to access.
- Promptly handling day-to-day schedule changes for ABA, OT, ST, and counseling services.
- Weekly scheduling for all services clients and clinicians.
- Answering the phone and dealing with basic inquiries/ call-ins/ questions/ ext.
- Collecting copays for insurance.
- Sending appointment reminders and checking all proper documents have been submitted before all intake appointments.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong work ethic and meets commitments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
