STRATEGIC PURCHASING ANALYST

Expertise and Functions

• Work with Supply Chain Analysts to procure material in support of production requirements
• Compile and issue Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders to suppliers
• In depth data analysis to identify cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities through material procurement strategy
• Knowledge of best purchasing practices as a government contractor
• Rich knowledge of Supply Chain Management field and how it operates in a Manufacturing environment
• Other duties as assigned
