The Opportunity:
The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day cash and debt facility management. The Analyst primarily manages the debt facility and interest expense reporting for the company. This will consist of making cash management decisions through the analysis and preparation of various reports and the pledging of Accounts Receivable to the various debt facilities in the company to provide liquidity for the operational cash needs of the company. The Senior Treasury Analyst must be able to read and comprehend complex legal documents, apply knowledge and experience to complex problems, deliver solutions, and work with large data sets to complete company-level reporting that is distributed to external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Develop into a subject matter expert for the Treasury department
- Complete weekly sales of new receivables to special purpose vehicles
- Calculate and report on the collateral within financing facilities
- Manage monthly servicer reports and compliance requirements for financing facilities
- Read and comprehend complex legal documents and determine the actions to take on financing vehicles
- Maintain all interest schedules related to current outstanding debt
- Assist with the set up and initiation of daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual wire/ACH disbursements
- Prepare and assist with annual audits
- Analyze bank fees, find trends, and recommend changes internally to reduce fees
- Correspond with banks and other financial services providers regarding operational issues, transactions, opening and closing bank, merchant accounts, and account signatories
The Experience You Will Bring:
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounting
- Ability to read and comprehend complex Legal documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and MS Teams
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, managing and analyzing large data sets)
- Knowledge of analytical capabilities and experience with Treasury/Bank systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Develop organizational and process management skills
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- High level adaptability and flexibility and be a self-starter
- Capable of working effectively with internal departments and external parties
Preferred Qualifications:
- CTP or CFA designation is a plus
