Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading Kilter’s Sales Team across all Termite and Pest Control branches, specifically covering the area from Long Beach/LA County to San Diego County. This role drives revenue growth, exceeds sales targets, supports Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, and fosters a positive, high-performance work environment.
Compensation:
$80,000–$90,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and support to Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, promoting exceptional customer service.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Design and implement training programs focused on process improvement and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and training standards to promote consistent performance.
- Collaborate with Branch leadership to evaluate current training programs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Evaluate branch performance and individual Termite Sales Inspectors.
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports.
- Proactively identify challenges and recommend timely solutions.
- Introduce innovative sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a service-based industry, including leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
- 5 years of direct or outside sales experience (BR 3FR License preferred).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, fast learner, and resourceful.
- Safety-sensitive position.
- Must pass a company background check.
- Must pass substance abuse screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
