What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing/Social Media Coordinator position at Kind Keeper Non Profit Animal Rescue?
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Assist with photography and video editing for social media content
- Proofread and edit written content for social media posts and advertisements
Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy and consistency
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
