You will be responsible for providing quality care for children within several different ages ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. In this role, you will share your knowledge with many students and support their academic growth to help support their academic journey for the rest of their lives. As a KinderCare teacher, you should be highly effective in organizational skills and creative lesson planning. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills to build or maintain great relationships with children and their families. Ultimately, your goal is to educate our next generation. You can make a difference one child at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Coach students in becoming critical thinkers, communicators and collaborators.
- Provide students with mentoring and personalized feedback on their work.
- Guide students in developing age appropriate educational and developmental skills.
- Help students to develop skills that will help them throughout their lives.
- Provide hugs and snuggles when needed.
- Help teacher implement curriculum
- Work hand and hand with many teacher in different classrooms
- Closing Duties such as cleaning, sanitizing and organizing
