We are currently seeking a Floor Attendant to join the New York office. This role offers the opportunity for motivated individuals to join an innovative and collaborate environment focused on providing the highest quality of hospitality services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES :
- Provide the highest quality of hospitality services to guests and the firms employees while maintaining an optimum upkeep of the office and conference center.
- Prepare conference rooms for meals as dictated by the daily schedule and work closely with reception in providing these services.
- Maintain conference rooms between meetings.
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to cover Firm meetings and events.
- Provide beverages in the kitchen and pantry areas throughout the day on an ongoing basis. Check and refill water coolers and soda machines throughout the day.
- Clean and restock kitchens and pantries throughout day.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Report necessary maintenance problems to the Hospitality and Conference Center Services Manager.
- Work in tandem with the maintenance team for items that might arise such as changing light bulbs, trash removal, and spot cleaning.

Pay Transparency Range :
New York : The anticipated full-time annualized salary range $55,000-$65,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
