Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise maintenance operations
- Proficiency in logic controllers and schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to perform basic welding tasks for repairs and fabrication
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and management
- Customer service mindset to address maintenance requests promptly and professionally
