JOB SUMMARY

The Central Supply clerk is expected to assist with stocking medical equipment and ordering of supplies for the facility.

Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
Assists nursing personnel with responsibility of stocking medical equipment.
Will report inventory to Quality & Finance on scheduled basis.
Inventories and requests nursing supplies, equipment and forms as directed.
Orders Nursing supplies as needed or approved by Quality RN.

Minimum requirement:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in general office procedures.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, such as work processing, graphics, databases and spreadsheets.
Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute required.
Ability to project positive professional and customer-service image.
