We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for our Deland office!

 

Summary: This is an excellent entry-level HR opportunity supporting Talent Acquisition and Human Resources by providing an exceptional, "best in class" candidate and employee experience from start to finish.

 

Responsibilities

  • What you'll do:

    • Provide a wide variety of administrative coordination for various Human Resources and Talent Acquisition activities supporting the N. American region.
    • Support the recruiting team with various activities including candidate screening and scheduling, document preparation, etc.
    • Update HR documents (i.e. personnel files, programs/policies, job descriptions and templates) as directed.
    • Perform administrative tasks within HR/TA systems, including data entry, workflow updates, etc. to ensure compliance to regulatory and company policies.
    • Work closely with recruiter to drive the interview process forward by coordinating phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
    • Serve as an initial point of contact for employee questions or requests.
    • Prepare and conduct new hire orientations
    • Coordinate team relations surveys, meetings, and activities as requested by the HR Director
    • Prepare Human Resources metric, reports, and other information requests
    • Team member for projects that support the HR strategic objectives.
    • General HR-related office duties including file and system responsibilities.
    • Coordinate various general office support activities as needed by the HR Director
    • Serve as a backup for payroll processing and executive support teams
    • Contribute to other human resources/talent acquisition projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field and certification(s) 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior recruiting coordinator experience preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating an array of HR disciplines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excels at interacting and communicating at all levels within the organization.
  • Action oriented and Organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Must handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Resourceful, flexible, and shift priorities quickly.
  • Having experience with ICIMS or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook, advanced skills are preferred.
