PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve partners impeccably and look for opportunities to connect and maintain their brand.
- Promote learning, influence choices and foster connections vis-à-vis digital channels.
- Monetize the discipline on behalf of a business’s bottom line, wherever possible.
- Attend and participate in partner meetings.
- Attend partner events and support partner relationships, as necessary.
- Update and present partner marketing briefs.
- Lead a given number of partner accounts as the primary account lead - including all account strategy
STRATEGY
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to determine digital initiatives and needs for upcoming initiatives on behalf of the Digital Team.
- Trendspot, share updates and analyze the application of trends to partners and internal team regularly.
ELECTRONIC
- Email Campaign Management
- Work with internal teams to plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns - determine schedule and cadence based upon past performance, profitability and best practices.
- Develop a welcome campaign for all partners.
- Distribute lapsed guest campaigns for all partners at least quarterly.
- Develop specific campaigns per partner to target audience segments based on past performance/demographics/audience behavior.
- Copywriting
- Craft copy for email communications, as outlined by best practices.
- Edit and provide feedback for team deliverables
- Strategic Planning
- Design and optimize comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop marketing plans, calendars and creative campaigns with team
- Audience Segmentation
- Build and maintain advanced segmentation frameworks to deliver personalized, relevant messages that resonate with diverse audience profiles.
- Facilitate data collection and list hygiene efforts to grow subscriber numbers, including maintenance and imports.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue and deliverability to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Concept, Content and Design Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing, mobile-optimized, and on-brand email marketing concepts and templates
- Automation and Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop and maintain robust automation workflows, nurturing sequences, onboarding programs, and triggered campaigns that align with customer journeys.
- Testing and Optimization
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize subject lines, creative assets, send times, and audience segments for maximum impact.
- Compliance
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations
