As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Participate in catering events or banquets as required, showcasing bartending skills in various settings.
- Work Club events, late nights and tournaments
- Possibly work outdoor Beer cart
- Work holidays and weekends
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Experience in fine dining or catering settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
