Catering Event Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer service are essential. Responsibilities will include assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting event operations.

Duties

• Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming attendees and addressing their needs throughout the event.
• Assist in food handling and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Support bartending duties, including preparing beverages and serving drinks to guests.
• Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing information about the event and venue.
• Cook for desired number of guests.
• Set up buffet line and table settings
• Put together presentable dishes

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, restaurant, hotel, or event settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to handle food and beverage items safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Experience in bartending or coffee service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
