Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City based law firm, has an exciting employment opportunity for an associate attorney to work in its real estate practice group. Qualified candidates must have two to four years of law firm experience in commercial real estate and land use planning issues, including the acquisition, disposition, development, management and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties. Experience with environmental, natural resources, water, and corporate law would be helpful. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hardworking, be a good communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to become a member of the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the bar of another state in the U.S.
