Job Description:
As an Automation Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and create solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to innovate and explore opportunities involving AI and ML technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python (bonus).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and solutions.
- Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Utilize advanced Excel formulas to support data analysis and reporting.
- Implement version control practices (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
- Follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality and maintainable code, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python scripting (bonus).
- Experience with or exposure to financial services use cases is a bonus.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-starter with a passion for innovation and exploring AI and ML technology platforms.
