Kish is hiring a full-time Operations and Systems Customer Service Representative at the Reedsville Financial Center in Reedsville, PA.
Primary responsibilities include providing service to agents and customers by handling questions, inquires, claims, accounting and marketing functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions and calculations
- Ability to utilize Agency computer programs and understand functionality
- Keyboarding/ typing skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Minimum two years' experience in related positions
