- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to guests and confidently suggesting meal and gift items to both first-time guests and returning regulars.
- Team Collaboration: Work quickly and efficiently, learning from mistakes, and looking for opportunities to assist other departments even before being asked.
- Operational Support: Assist with various tasks such as managing the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards.
The ideal candidate for the Front of House Team Member role should exhibit
- Positive Attitude: A "can do" attitude with the ability to actively listen to guests and provide exceptional customer service.
