Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to work in-house on company funds…this is NOT fund administration. The team members at our client are leading professionals responsible for operating public and private fund complexes globally. Professional selected will:
• Assist in the oversight of the company's registered and unregistered funds, with a primary focus on mutual fund treasury services.
• Partner with members of the Fund Treasury team to oversee and execute processes related to the management, oversight and coordination of fund revenue and expenses.
Analyze revenue, expenses, liabilities
Review monthly management fees
Manage fund finances, communicate when cash is coming in
Funds will include hedge funds, 40s act funds, off shore funds
Project management of new fund launches, fund fact sheets
• Liaise extensively with Fund Accounting, Fund Custody, Fund Finance and other internal and external groups for the on-going management of the funds.
