Join a high-performing, integrated supply chain team supporting several distinct businesses under Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES). In this strategic role, you’ll perform critical duties to include logistical execution, customer engagement, transportation execution, and systems optimization.
This role will report to the Logistics Scheduling Manager and have the option to work a hybrid schedule from our Wichita, KS office (3 days in office / 2 days remote each week.)

What You Will Do
This position offers diverse exposure across truck, rail, vessel, barge, and pipeline, plus involvement in customer support, carrier onboarding, order planning, and systems problem-solving.
Strong communication and data skills will be key for your relationships with both internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

Strong communication and data skills will be key for your relationships with both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and optimize shipments across all transportation modes
- Serve as a frontline partner for both customers and carriers
- Analyze supply chain and service performance data to drive improvements
- Own day-to-day use of Oracle TMS, EBS, Salesforce, RMIS, and in-house tools
- Support third-party integrations and backlog prioritization with IT
- Champion invoice accuracy, demurrage reduction, and load planning excellence
- Deliver internal training and process improvements for plant and terminal users
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business OR 2 years of professional work experience in logistics, customer service, or data analytics
- Experience working cross-functionally, interacting across business units and navigating multiple systems
