Kocourek Subaru is seeking an experienced and driven F&I Manager to join our team in Wausau, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and highly competitive automotive industry. The F&I Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and insurance process, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability for the dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
- Ensure all finance and insurance documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Educate and sell customers on finance and insurance products and services for their vehicle purchase
- Negotiate with customers and financial institutions to finalize deals
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends, products and services, and competitive offers
- Work with sales team to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process financing and insurance transactions with accuracy and compliance
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations related to F&I practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive F&I management
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software preferred
- Must pass background check and drug test
