Branch Manager Job Overview

As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the branch toward success. Your leadership will drive daily operations and ensure that we deliver exceptional service. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, guiding your team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

As the Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our West Bend Branch, leading a team that's dedicated to exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Industry & Service Expertise: Familiarity with credit union or banking products, regulatory requirements, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Results & Problem Solving: A goal-oriented mindset with strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to solving challenges and improving operations.
