Your Role as a Full-Time Teller:
- Be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and helpful experience for every member.
- Efficiently process cash transactions, manage your cash drawer, and ensure accurate financial exchanges.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions seamlessly.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Utilize our banking software to manage transactions and customer accounts effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience in financial services required-just a passion for customer service and helping others.
- Basic math and computer skills are a must.
- Experience in customer service is a plus; cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.
