Specific responsibilities include:
- Instructing swim classes and private lessons for children and adults according curriculum
- Maintaining accurate records regarding class content and progress notations for all students
- Maintaining a friendly and open rapport with parents; deal effectively with class disruptions when needed
- Being attentive to aquatic activity at all times; observe and enforce all pool and safety policies
- Being responsible for swim program equipment upkeep
- Maintaining certifications required of position
- Maintaining order in the pool area
This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts may vary between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
