Role Summary:
- Title: Corporate Accounting Manager
- Overview: This is a key leadership role within the Corporate Controlling team, focused on managing core accounting functions related to debt, cash, leases, fixed assets, payroll, pension, and prepaid insurance. The manager will be a key contributor to the monthly close process, internal controls, and external reporting responsibilities, including footnote disclosures and audit support
- The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, SAP expertise, and the ability to lead a small team while collaborating cross-functionally across departments and regions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate or operational accounting
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP required; experience with OneStream, Lease Accelerator, BI tools, BPC, or HFM is a plus
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of month-end close, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
- Prior exposure to Fresh Start Accounting is a plus
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact across functional groups and regions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130K–$145K (flexible for highly qualified candidates)
- Yearly Bonus Percentage
