Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in reporting and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This individual will lead a team of at least 3 junior data resources, providing both technical guidance and mentorship. Proven leadership experience is required, including clear demonstration of team size, responsibilities, and leadership scope in prior roles.
This role is highly technical and requires a leader who can design, develop, and implement reporting solutions, while ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of overall professional experience in data analytics and reporting
- 3 years of direct experience in reporting and data analytics
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for report and dashboard creation
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with data management, data cleaning, and transformation (critical)
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and deliver high-quality, actionable dashboards and reports
- Experience in developing comprehensive reporting frameworks that align with strategic business goals
- Exposure to tool evaluation, selection, and integration in analytics/reporting ecosystems
- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare industry
