- Reporting & Analytics: At least 3 years in reporting and data analytics.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau; strong SQL skills for data querying.
- Data Management: Extensive experience in data cleaning, transformation, and management practices.
- Tech Lead Duties: Demonstrated experience leading a team (minimum 3 junior data resources); responsible for ensuring data accuracy, team guidance, and developing actionable insights.
- Reporting Framework: Hands-on experience designing and implementing reporting frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Tool Evaluation: Experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating reporting and analytics tools for team use.
- Healthcare Domain: Prior experience in the healthcare industry is required.
