Job Summary For Reporting/Data Tech Lead (PowerBI/Tableau) – Hartford, CT
- Serve as a true Technical Lead, managing and mentoring a team of at least 3 junior data analysts.
- Utilize hands-on technical experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization—primarily using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive reporting frameworks aligned with organizational strategic goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management practices, including data cleaning and transformation.
- Leverage strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Evaluate and select appropriate analytics tools, ensuring proper integration and effective use within the team.
- Analyze data to extract significant customer insights and identify potential business opportunities.
- Align reporting needs with strategic objectives by working with both product and technology teams.
- Must have experience in the healthcare industry.
- Must be able to work onsite in Hartford, CT, three days per week.
