What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collibra Developer position at Largeton Group?
- Configure and customize the Collibra platform to meet business and data governance requirements.
- Translate functional specifications into quality technical specifications and well-tested programs.
- Participate in requirements definition meetings and document system/business requirements.
- Conduct peer reviews of code and test cases for quality and compliance.
- Deliver end-user demos, training, and support for user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards in design and development.
- Install new releases, participate in upgrades, and perform integration between on-prem, cloud, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (infrastructure, integration, database administration) for project support.
- Adhere to project schedules, prepare weekly status reports, and highlight issues impacting delivery.
- Select appropriate tools and stay current on industry standards and best practices.
- Interact with Enterprise Architects and Information Security for approvals/accreditations as needed.
- (Level II/III) Provide training, guidance, and oversight to junior staff and teams.
- (Level II/III) Prepare standards and best practices; accountable for end-to-end delivery.
- (Level III) Lead/manage teams, create training programs, and serve as subject matter expert.
- (Level III) Guide team and clients through upgrade processes and technical activities.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2 years (Level I), 5 years (Level II), or 8 years (Level III) experience with Collibra or related technology.
- Strong understanding of COTS, cloud-based products, version control, and issue tracking tools.
- Knowledge of integration methodologies and software development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in distributed, onsite/offshore teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to train and mentor staff (Level II/III).
- Leadership experience (Level III).
- Collibra certification preferred (varies by level).
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise implementation experience; finance domain experience preferred.
- Experience working with Banking Industry is a Plus
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
