SAP RTR Lead Consultant - Local to FL
- Lead onsite and offshore, Senior Functional resources in a large SAP transformation program.
- Provide strong SAP FICO functional expertise, particularly in AR, AP, and GL modules.
- Drive solutions for challenging FICO areas including Journal Entries, Lease Accounting, Accruals, Payments, Treasury, Collections, and Joint Facilities.
- Lead solutioning for AR/AP processes and banking/treasury interfaces.
- Ensure effective integration with Project Systems and Settlement functionalities.
- Guide the FICO team through build phase, business validation, business controls, and testing cycles (SIT2 and UAT).
- Support business and IT activities related to FICO cutover.
- Oversee FICO data migration and assist in the creation of training materials.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and collaborate with CSX FICO business leaders to align expectations.
- Ensure timely completion of workstream deliverables for each project milestone.
- Collaborate closely with other SAP workstreams (OTC, PCM, PTP, Contracts, Claims Management, MDG, etc.).
