Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to support testing activities across multiple high-visibility projects within a complex application environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing, stakeholder communication, and test management tools.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience as a QA Tester
- 4–7 years of experience managing QA activities across multiple projects within complex functional domains
- Proven experience working in a matrix organization
- Strong experience reporting test status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in:
- Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Defect tracking and test execution
- Experience leading functional test planning and execution
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or related programming languages for automated testing
- 3–5 years of experience creating test reports and dashboards using Jira or similar tools
- Experience testing government, public sector, or large enterprise applications is a plus
