ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages when necessary and providing information as needed.
- Address inquiries and concerns from customers and visitors, providing exceptional service at all times.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Fax, copy and mail correspondence.
- Maintain control of the front office reception area.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

- A minimum of two (2)years in a receptionist, customer service or administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit, community service, or workforce development organization.
- Experience working with adults in the workforce system and those disconnected from services highly preferred
