- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage a multi-line phone system and respond to calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and follow security procedures
- Support interview scheduling and visitor communications
- Keep reception and conference areas clean and organized
- Provide administrative support including mail processing, scanning, and copying
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meetings and special projects
- Partner with Finance and Facilities teams on office and building needs
- Support company vehicle tracking and scheduling
- At least 3 years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
