Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Licensure / Certification :
- Valid drivers license
- Valid Auto Insurance
Experience :
- One year of previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Essential Duties :
- Adhere to business casual dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them as needed
- Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals
- Operate multi-line telephone system
- Follow security protocols, including managing visitor access and issuing badges
- Welcome interviewees and inform hiring manager of their arrival; notify supervisor if needed
- Handle inquiries, calls, and emails from visitors
- Manage master key log
- Organize reception area and conference rooms
- Perform light cleaning in reception area and conference rooms
- Monitor breakroom cleanliness and inform supervisor if action is needed
Administrative Responsibilities :
- Assist Finance Department with special projects, like processing billing statements
- Handle mail, including sorting, scanning, and distribution
- Prepare items for mailing / shipping
- Organize documents, including sorting, copying, and scanning
- Monitor and order office supplies and breakroom goods
- Serve as central contact for vendor services
- Coordinate storage pickup with Finance Department
- Report building issues to Facility Manager
- Book conference rooms and assist senior staff with administrative tasks
- Assist in overseeing company leased vehicle, including scheduling, tracking, and maintenance
