Job Description
- System/ Software/date/printer installed/ configuration settings intake prior any upgrade/ refresh and ensure they are as per order in the upgraded/refreshed computer
- Printers - Support all printers , support network configuration, driver installations and vendor coordination for setup repair of faulty devices.
- Provide onsite technical assistance for end users.
- Excellent understanding on Windows 10 and MAC os.
- Install and configure desktops and laptops , mobile devices, and associated peripherals and related softwares.
