Do you have experience with fitness/exercise or Cancer Survivorship?
LIVESTRONG at the La Crosse Area Family Y is a 12-week program that encourages cancer survivors to regain strength and positivity after treatment. We offer sessions three times a year: winter, summer, and fall. We are seeking dependable, empathetic, kind, and positive volunteers to help instructors with LIVESTRONG duties throughout the program. You will be volunteering twice a week, an hour-and-a-half each time, for a total of 3 hours weekly for 12 weeks.
Requirements
We are looking for volunteers for two classes:
#1 Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-7 pm, from September 9-November 25th at the Dahl Y in La Crosse.
#2: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-10:30 am, from September 8-November 26th at the Dahl Y in La Crosse.
