Overview
- We are currently looking to fill Personal Training Manager roles throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Our Personal Training Managers are responsible for 5 key areas. Marketing to setup free Personal Training Sessions with our current members, Sell the members that come workout with you, Service the members you sign up and assign to the trainers, Manage the trainers as the Head Trainer, and Staff a team of personal training counselors to help you sell more.
Daily Responsibilies
- Meet every New Member to book them on a workout with you
- Call the new members within the last 30 days to come workout with you
- Work the front desk to get our existing members to workout with you
- Work the gym floor to get our existing members to workout with you
- Meet with your General Manager to gameplan for the day
- Meet with 1 of your trainers to review performance
- Sales train your personal training counselors
- Call clients that have not used sessions in a while
- Recruit for new staff to fill empty positions
Fast Track to Personal Training Manager
- If you do not have sales and management experience but have a passion for working out, we can fast track you to running your own personal training division within 30-90 days. You would start as a personal training counselor then move up when we think you are ready to run a gym
- You become eligible for promotion to Personal Training Manager after 30-90 days of employment
- To become an obvious choice to get promoted you need to be consistently hitting marketing and sales targets daily. You also need to have a replacement to fill your role
- Our PTD's are responsible for the club's gym personal training sales, staffing the club, marketing the club, and servicing the club
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
