The Role
We are seeking Operations Managers in Training who are passionate about fitness, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at leading teams. As an Operations Manager in Training, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our members receive exceptional service in a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise staff across Front Desk, Kids Klub, and Janitorial/Club Pride teams
- Oversee day-to-day club operations, including billing, payroll, and supplies management
- Resolve membership issues and maintain strong member relationships
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service
- Collaborate with Sales, Personal Training, and Aerobics departments to drive club success
- Generate revenue while maintaining a positive, motivating environment for staff and members

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $45,000–$51,000 annually, with potential to exceed this range through commissions and bonuses
- Bonuses & commissions: Earn additional income every pay period (twice monthly)
