Job Overview
The Club Pride Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services and facilities maintenance, along with excellent leadership skills to guide the team effectively.

Duties

• Supervise club pride staff and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, including locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as buffing floors and managing custodial duties to uphold facility standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
• Coordinate schedules for cleaning staff to ensure all areas are covered efficiently throughout operating hours.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order replacements as necessary.
• Provide training and support to new staff on cleaning protocols and customer service expectations.
• Address member inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience at the facility.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, including basic repairs and upkeep.
• Proficiency in floor care methods such as buffing, stripping, and waxing surfaces.
