Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness classes and provide instruction on physical education techniques
- Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of clients
- Assist clients in setting and achieving their fitness goals
- Provide guidance and support to clients during their fitness journey
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients to exercise in
- Promote and sell fitness memberships and services

Experience:
- Previous experience in group fitness or physical education is preferred
- Strong sales skills and ability to promote fitness memberships and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of different exercise techniques and equipment

As a Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting group fitness classes, developing personalized fitness programs, assisting clients in setting and achieving their goals, promoting fitness memberships, and providing guidance and support throughout the fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

- Develop personalized fitness programs based on individual needs, goals, and abilities.
- Assist clients in setting realistic goals and provide ongoing support to help them achieve those goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients to exercise in.
- Promote and sell fitness memberships, personal training sessions, and other services offered by the facility.

Experience:
- Previous experience in group fitness or physical education is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote memberships and services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Knowledge of different exercise techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

Pay: $19.95 - $24.03 per hour
