It is very important to be proficient in speaking and reading Spanish and English. The Customer Service Representative receives all customer service calls, directs them to the corresponding people. Always works with an excellent attitude with all calls and all co-workers and possible walk in clients. Basic, if any retail experience is preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answers telephone calls
2. Provides great customer service to all
3. Deals with queries from the public and employees
4. Take phone orders and enter orders into the system
5. Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. High School Diploma or GED
3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluently
4. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
5. Good math skills / Keyboard friendly
6. Works with a great CAN DO attitude
7. Customer service oriented
