What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at La Quinta Inns & Suites?
La Quinta Inn and Suites in Bozeman, Montana is hiring in our housekeeping department. We have a great team that has fun and takes pride in their work. We'd love to add another team member to round out our crew. Looking for someone who is available on weekends ( is a must)!
DETAILS:
$17-19 an hour DOE
Annual performance based raises
Shifts start at 8:30 am
End times vary depending on staffing and occupancy. Team is usually done by 4 pm.
Holiday Pay (1.5x)
Candidate must be self-motivated, work with integrity, and have an eye for detail
Availability of at least one weekend day is required at this time. Individuals who can work most Saturdays are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning and stocking rooms and suites according to required brand standards
Cleaning public/common spaces
Cleaning and organizing storage spaces
Assisting in laundry department if needed
Minor maintenance tasks as necessary (changing light bulbs, tightening toilet seats)
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to problem solve and create exemplary guest experiences
