Hours: 3:30pm - 1:30am, Monday through Thursday
Starting Pay: $22/hr. (includes $3/hr. shift differential)
What You'll Do:
As a Painter at LaForce, you’ll be an essential part of the production process, working with hollow metal frames, doors, and components. Your day-to-day will include:

Prepping and painting frames and components using airless and pressure-pot spray systems.

Applying glazing bead to door frames using powered tools.

Reading and interpreting shop orders and drawings to meet job specs.

Operating hand and power tools (sanders, grinders, saws, etc.).

Moving materials safely with forklifts and other equipment.

Keeping the painting and glazing areas clean and well-stocked.

Assisting in warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory.
What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or GED (preferred).

Some experience with painting, manufacturing, or related trades.

Ability to read and follow instructions, safety rules, and manuals.

Forklift certification (training provided).

A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.

Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working with tools and equipment on your feet all day.
