Lake Geneva Team Building Adventures is currently accepting applications for Team Building Facilitators for the 2021 season! We are looking for qualified, friendly, and team-oriented individuals to join our world class team.
Job Overview:
Team Building Facilitators plan and facilitate team building programs for a wide variety of groups. Training is provided for this is a part time position. Hours are based on programs, which are reservation based. Groups include corporate, adult non-profit and youth. On site programs include Half Day Team Building (4 hours), Full Day Team Building (8 hours), or Team Bonding (2 hours). Mobile programs include transportation reimbursement. Virtual programs can be facilitated from home or from our office. Team Building Facilitators are responsible for setting up supplies and cleaning up after each program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan a group’s team building progression after reviewing details of the specific team and goals
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to each program to set up necessary equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and put away all equipment in good condition; notify the manager of any needed repairs
- Complete a Post Program Form after each program
- Work as a team with other facilitators and other LGZA staff
- Communicate with groups in a professional manner
- Plan ahead and prepare for work in an outdoor environment
- Communicate with the team building manager in a timely manner via email or phone calls

Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent and at least 20 years of age
- Prefered 2 years of experience in team building; training is available
- Facilitate groups up to 15 people, of varying ages, through multiple team building activities
- Organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Interpersonal skills, patience and problem solving skills
- Risk assessment capabilities
- Ability to maintain professional appearance at all times; represent the company in a positive way
- Ability to work well under stress and pressure
- Ability to stand and be active for up to 8 hours a day in Wisconsin climate
- Attend all trainings

Schedule and Hours:
- Must be able to work 2-5 days per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Shifts may begin as early as 8am and may end as late as 9pm
