Permanent Substitute

Lake Region High School seeks an organized, flexible, and reliable individual able to work effectively in any and all school settings as a permanent substitute.In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ideal candidate possesses knowledge of and experience with: -High school level academic work in all subject areas-Effective classroom management strategies, including establishing and maintaining routines and procedures-Building and maintaining supportive relationships with studentsThe permanent substitute is a school year position, not to exceed 129 hours per month.
