Are you an experienced professional in loan closing/funding and title company settlement agent processes? Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Title Specialist to support our title vendor business needs for the Consumer Direct Channel. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that our third-party title vendors consistently deliver as expected, directly contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Proactively monitor assigned title vendor pipelines for production. Ensure that the vendor executes deliverables, including Clear to Close (CTC), scheduled closing, and funding requirements in a timely manner.
- Outstanding Items: Manage the pipeline for appropriate and timely follow-up of outstanding aged title items that could impact a Clear to Close status or vesting.
- Vendor Communication: Proactively contact vendors to follow up on scheduled closings and respond to inquiries. Perform appropriate and timely follow-up of outstanding funding items to ensure the timely disbursement of closing funds.
- Issue Resolution: Address errors made during the closing process with vendors to ensure swift resolution.
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for title vendor requests. Vet Closing Agents not already approved on the Company's Settlement Service Provider list and maintain the accuracy of title vendor business contact information in Encompass.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Two to three years of experience in loan closing/funding and title company settlement agent processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer use and MS Applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
