Title : Research Scientist
Location : Foster City, CA
Contract Duration : 6 Months
Pay Range : $30.00 - $40.00 USD hourly on W2
Key Responsibilities :
- Proficiency with CRISPR nuclease screening.
- Experience with NGS library preparation and INDEL calling using Illumina sequencing platforms.
- Lead TLA and long-read sequencing efforts using PacBio and / or Oxford Nanopore technologies.
- Support process improvements for increased speed and efficiency to generate highly productive, high quality, robust cell lines that meet all regulatory requirements with high quality documentation.
- Willing to learn hands-on laboratory operations such as molecular biology, shake flask, bench scale bioreactor and Client culture platforms.
- Contribute to written technical reports, Regulatory filing support, present in group meetings, and work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
