Title - Office Services Associate
Location - Eagan, MN, 55121
Duration - 26 weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift - Days 40hrs / week; 5x8 Days
Pay Rate : $18 / hr. on W2
Description :
The Office Services Associate performs mailroom and shipping / receiving duties to process internal and external mail in a productive and efficient manner.
This position also performs office services duties such supply inventory and replenishing supplies as needed.
Responsibilities
Receive, prepare, sort and distribute mail to appropriate locations.
Support prepping, date / time stamping and scanning to various teams.
Assess and maintain the inventory of office supplies; submit order requests and distribute as necessary at Prime Landing
Fulfill Connect Online tickets related to home office supply orders.
Serve as a backup for the Office Services Lead for various day-to-day responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required.
1 year of general office experience; or equivalent training, education and / or experience
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
