Part of the family-owned Furrow Automotive Group, Land Rover of Knoxville is HIRING NOW and looking to add outgoing and friendly BDC Service Representatives to our team! In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers who call our service department.
BDC Service Representatives will assist customers with vehicle maintenance inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensure they receive timely and efficient care.

Responsibilities - Service BDC Representative:
- Respond to phone, email, and online customer inquiries regarding scheduling, pricing, and services.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for vehicle service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling to ensure a smooth dealership experience.
- Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates, confirm appointments, and enhance satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to notify them of current recalls or service programs for which their vehicle is due.
- Collaborate with parts, service, and other dealership departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about dealership products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support dealership operations.
Qualifications - Service BDC Representatives:
- Previous automotive BDC, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Experience in reception, call center, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
- Energetic, personable, and motivated self-starter with a passion for customer satisfaction and success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to learn necessary information to answer customer questions about vehicle services, maintenance, and scheduling.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
